Gil has over 13 years experience in a variety of engineering design and management activities. Before founding Mplicity, Gil was the manager of DSP Group's Architecture and Algorithms Department and a member of the company's R&D and business staff. Gil holds BScEE, MScEE and BScCS degrees from the Ben Gurion University, Be'er Sheva, Israel.

Eran has 11 years of experience in all facets of chip design, from front end, through verification techniques to the backend process. Eran's last position was DSP architect at DSP Group. Eran holds a BScEE degree from the Ben Gurion University and an MBA degree from Derby University.

Larry has more than 25 years of experience in business development, marketing and sales, in the global marketplace. He has served in senior business development and management positions at BrightCom Technologies, RadLan, Nbase, Fibronics, IBM Israel and IBM USA. He holds an MSc from the University of Pittsburgh and a BA from Bethany College.
