Dr. Fried
Chairman of the Board

Dr. Fried serves as Chairman of the Board of Mplicity as well as as General Manager of Magama Israel. Prior to his current position Dr. Fried acted as the CEO and President of Msafe Inc., General Manager of Avanti Corp Europe, General Manager of Cadence Israel and the Area Director for QuickTurn Israel.

Adoram Gaash
Managing Partner

Adoram Gaash, was formerly a founder and CEO of Startup companies and brings more than 20 years of experience in the Communications Sector. In 1997, he established and managed Radwiz, a broadband communications startup which was acquired by USA firm Terayon (NASDAQ: TERN). Between 1995 - 1996 he was in integral part of the RAD Group and was deeply involved in the creation of three startup ventures: Radwiz, Radlan (acquired by Marvell, NASDAQ: MRVL) and Radware (NASDAQ:RDWR).

David Rubner
General Partner Hyperion Israel

Mr. Rubner is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Rubner Technology Ventures Ltd. a venture capital firm, and is a general partner in Hyperion Israel Advisors Ltd. a venture capital fund. Before Mr. Rubner started Rubner Technology Ventures, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of ECI Telecommunications Ltd. Previously, he held various management positions in ECI Telecommunications. Mr. Rubner holds a B.S. degree in engineering from Queen Mary College, University of London, and an M.S. degree from Carnegie Mellon University. In 1995 he received the Industry Prize. Mr. Rubner serves as a director of Koor Industries, Lipman Transaction Solutions Ltd., Elbit Imaging Ltd., TeleMessage Ltd. and a number of private companies. In addition, Mr. Rubner is a member of the Board of Trustees of Bar-Ilan University and Shaare Zedek hospital.


Gil Vinitzky
Co-founder and CEO

Gil has over 13 years experience in a variety of engineering design and management activities. Before founding Mplicity, Gil was the manager of DSP Group's Architecture and Algorithms Department and a member of the company's R&D and business staff. Gil holds a BScEE , MScEE and BScCS degrees from the Ben Gurion University, Be'er Sheva, Israel.
